Richmond Police Training Academy
Where encorepreneurs stepped into an officer's shoes in the MILO simulator.
About Richmond Police Training Academy
Situated on the campus of Virginia Union University, the Richmond Police Training Academy provides training for police recruits and veteran officers.
It is one of the few venues Encorepreneur! has deliberately revisited, because the visit had an impact beyond the location: attendees stepped far outside their comfort zones in the MILO “use of force” simulator to experience the split-second decisions officers face.
Description adapted from encorepreneur! event announcements.
