About Virginia Rep Center for Arts & Education
Virginia Rep acquired the building formerly known as the Scottish Rite Temple and renamed it the Virginia Rep Center for Arts and Education — the new, permanent home for Virginia Rep's programming for children, families and schools. Encorepreneur! met in the Jesse Bogese Theatre.
The facility features a 650-seat main auditorium and two smaller studio stages, plus rehearsal space for 18 annual tour productions that reach more than 400,000 students and families across the country.
