Many encorepreneurs remember when Regency Square was THE retail mall in Richmond, and several long-time Richmond real estate veterans are bringing it back. Its new ownership is co-managed by Rob Hargett of The Rebkee Company and Mark Slusher of Thalhimer Realty Partners.
The $30 million plan adds a signature entrance from Quioccasin Road, turns storefronts to face outward, and adds new retail, a two-level building with rooftop dining and four outparcel sites — with easier access after the Quioccasin Road flyover and parking deck were removed.
