Richmond Ballet
The State Ballet of Virginia, in a full block on Canal Street.
About Richmond Ballet
Richmond Ballet has occupied its spacious downtown facility since 2000, after Reynolds Metals Company gave the Ballet three buildings spanning an entire block of Canal Street. The largest became a state-of-the-art dance facility; the second floor houses The School of Richmond Ballet.
Encorepreneur! met in the Studio Theatre, where two company studios can be transformed within hours into an intimate 250-seat theatre that's a favorite among Ballet patrons. It was our 43rd venue.
