Scott's Edge Apartments

Jim Edge, an active encorepreneur, turned a former bag-manufacturing plant in Scott's Addition into a modern, fun apartment building — retaining the look and feel of the old building and neighborhood while making it one of the “greenest” in the area, with one of the largest solar arrays in Central Virginia.

There was no speaker that morning, just extra time for networking on a spring morning by the rooftop pool while Jim told the story of the building and its redevelopment.
